It is a good idea to reserve table in advance.Was unsure where to go for a meal as there's so much choice, but we definitely made the right one in choosing Sauterelle. Tastefully decorated and furnished, Service was fantastic and the food amazing.

Excellent food, service and attention to details. Seafood was nice which my partner had! Duck mousse for starter was smooth and rich, the filet de boeuf was extremely flavoursome and well cooked (but rare as I asked) and served with a lovely smooth mash....If you want to know what top notch fine dining Mauritian food tastes like with a French touch, come to this place, you will not be disappointed.
